I thought betting on players to sign was what Strappy was derided for, yet we see odds here on a player to be signed?

Dont understand why there's odds on him to join us and we're second favourites seems mad, never gonna happen.

As for betting on transfers its usually only the top players and I've only seen odds including Sheffield United on ones that have never happened including Hooper last summer

Anyway I think it was something like £1.5m up front and and extra £1m for 40 Championship appearances or something like that. The posh chairman saw the humour in it and actually politely declined the offer......Actually here it is...
