Anramovich has just been granted Israeli citizenship, which means he’ll be able to spend much more time in the UK.

You don't know that it's true though, do you?
He has withdrawn his visa application and cancelled the stadium building but you make statements as though they are fact.

52.4.2 No Club may sign more than 4 Players on a Temporary Loan Transfer from another Club (or club) in any Season, of which no more than 2 Players may be over the age of 23. The deadline for determining a Player’s age in this respect shall be as at the 30th June prior to the Season in which the Temporary Loan Transfer is intended to take place

You're right. I'm wrong. My apologies, good sir.

I mistakenly thought I had read an article in which a Chelsea spokesperson said that the stall was temporary and that work would resume when the visa situation is resolved.
After some furious googling, I can confirm that I was talking bollocks: no such article exists.

You can proudly claim the "made Chali look a right twat" award, though I'm afraid it's not very exclusive!
 
There should be a limit on how many players a club can loan out in a season. That would put pressure on those clubs who stockpile the best young talent (taking them out of the market a) as a competitive measure against other clubs and b) they can afford to corral the numbers in the pursuit of unearthing the gems) because only a select few could get competitive football. It might make those players consider their options more closely if there is a limited chance for them to get a game.

There will be some that are happy to waste away for the coin but I'd expect most would want to play and would leave to get game time.

I'd set the number a club could loan out in any one season at 15. Prem clubs couldn't loan to other Prem clubs.

I've read that Derby are interested, which wouldn't surprise me. They could improve at LB.

He's also got a bit more info about us. Before the above tweet, he mentioned a deal for a "top six loan" which could be done by Monday, and that we've got a few permanent bids in elsewhere
