I'm sure I read on here earlier this week that Ched's old Chesterfield injury had flared up and he had been sent to Thornbury for scans. Since then I've not seen or heard anything else about this.
Does this story have any truth in it or is it just forum bollocks ?

All medicals are now done by a Dr Lydon in his Gents Toilet Clinic at Dempseys, as there were too many Painters and Decorators passing on what was happening at Shirecliffe. Apparently what's happens at Dempseys stays at Dempseys.

I was thinking this earlier. If anyone came in for Sharp we couldn't afford to sell at this stage even for £50m. It would be suicide

If he's out for a while then unfortunately I think he'll be a write off. He needed a prolonged spell without injury and he's already missed a big chunk of pre season. So I really hope there's nothing in this.

It's a true Ched told someone about it Saturday night but unfortunately they couldn't remember the details Sunday morning.

I don't cheer when people are injured, but we didnt need him when we signed him and we still don't. Never should have gone back there and I'll be delighted if he's not considered for selection.

He let us all down back when we needed him and we're doing just fine without his contribution.
