The one lesson I learned from the Ched case is that a bloke must be absolutely certain that a woman gives her consent before you have sex with her. According to the things I read back then, this has to be an unequivocal and “enthusiastic” “YES”.

Seem to remember you were one of the most vocal in slating Ched and anyone else who believed he wasn't guilty. When common sense eventually won out I noticed you and your ilk were nowhere near as quick or as vocal in offering any type of apology.

Ched does reyt taking those useless top hats to task on this, there was no way in this world that he should have been found guilty in the first place.

Believing a certain course of action should be taken regarding a convicted criminal shouldn’t warrant an apology if/when there is an acquittal. Several other people may have made mistakes but the ordinary punter following the rule of law shouldn’t be one IMO

Might only be me but I'm fed up of hearing about him.

It's not only you.

I have genuinely felt for him because despite his stupidity, I can't begin to imagine what it must be like to be falsely imprisoned and wrongly tagged a rapist.

I am, however, sick to the back teeth that the Ched saga never goes away for long, and that we still have a fair few fans obsessed by him and foolishly believe he may still be the answer.
