Channel 5 Coverage

The channel 5 coverage is provided by sunset+vine. They did the bbc coverage previously and currently also produce the Premier League coverage. The company who actually won the tender was ITV Productions.

They are all in bed with each other.

The EFL foreign tv coverage (the 3pm Saturday game) is provided by Pitch International. At the start of last season Wendy were featured on this slot 5 times in the first 8 weeks. I pointed this out to Pitch who never responded to me but I noticed that afterwards they were not shown again until February. Not saying it was my doing but there is definitely a Wendy influence in there.

I know the assistant producer on Football on 5 programme is a Liverpool supporter. Here you go:

All the more reason to do our own thing. Media bias is deeply entrenched and I think it's best ignored which can be achieved on our own sites such as these. Doesn't mean we ignore the other 90 teams in the Leagues, we serve ourselves.

There are Blades out there wanting better game coverage who are keen to get the ball rolling. Slow burner maybe but worth every second spent creating it. "Whatever we percieve, we can achieve"A la Mester Wider.

Christ some people love to Moan about nothing , having watched the goal rush and the champ loads this year can say we've had way more discussion time on the goal rush than other teams , and the show is called goal RUSH .

In all fairness most programs of that genre do focus on the top and bottom so i guess it's no more than we would wish.Perhaps for some the Bolton love in was the final straw. I wrote and got the same trite reply as Silvio without any answers to my genuine questions.Bit dismissive and unprofessional in my book.

And i agree some people like to moan. Not me .I am taking action in an honest attempt to create something more fulfilling for others who want more than a 30 second fix on a Saturday evening.Not everyone does,I get that. It's called freedom of speech and democracy so all's good. My surnames not May.I prefer the collaborative approach with like minded individuals .So that's what we are doing.
