Heard Carlos saying they are now 6 unbeaten. Fair enough but in those 6 games they've actually lost ground on the play off pack. In fact they have lost ground on us in those 6 games too despite us losing 2 in that time.

I don't make the rules. But a couple of people who do (for nothing, in their own time) have made different sections for different things. This bit is General Blades Chat - Unrelated to Sheffield Wednesday.

But I understand some people are obsessed and it can drive them to disrespect the people who provide this brilliant site for us.

I get your point, but as mentioned the Thread is not primarily focused on Wednesday.

As the Star article does focus on them I nearly didn't read it, and suspect many Blades might not, though once you reach the full league stats the article becomes more interesting.

Especially when you see how few shots/chances the likes of Fulham have had, compared to when they played us.

But the article posted is a bloody league table of stats which includes Sheffield United . With respect I don't see anything wrong with it. You seem to be blinded by a comment by the op about the Owls.

There are two main headlines this season as far as Blades are concerned. The success we are enjoying clearly being number one, and the lack of success over in S6 being number two.
If we can't get promoted this season, then the next target is to finish above the Owls. Many will consider this alone a success. It's the same for Owls, they are gutted at their performances currently, but even more gutted that we are doing so well.
Surely you can't begrudge a Blade for revelling in it after so long in the doldrums ?

Well what is sad Mr Keef, is that you are having a fanny fit over an article in our local paper that shows how poor our neighbours are doing compared to ourselves and the rest of the division. If this is not Blades related then what is?

Reminds me of people talking about Spurs being unbeaten at the start of last season, but there were about 8 draws and 4 wins or something similar. Means nowt if you're not winning.
