What a great week it's been! I haven't seen United win anything since I was 12, I'm now 46 and even then I missed the party.

Please Blades, I know it's great to go up and that means everything of course but please can we win the bloody thing?

Lets go up as Champions please.

Don't you fancy burying the play off stigma?

Yeah, ok. Go on then. Another barrowful of valium please.

Not me, I've seen enough drama, controversy and weirdness watching United.
I just want a swift and comfortable no-frills promotion.
How about if I could gauntee you a Wembley win?

If we go up as champions we will be the second club in the history of the english league to win every division as champions. Wolves are the only other club to have achieved this ( I think ) what an incredible achievement that would be!
I believe Burnley have won all 4 too

After some research Preston have as well.

Wolves
Burnley
Preston

Only 3 teams in about 130 years!

Come on United
Every season we've failed to get out of this miserable league I've thought to myself at least we get another crack at completing the set of league titles.

Same, if we are going to do it, Would be great to go down in history at the same time.

Would like to see one of those analysis of chances created to estimate final league position right now!!!!

Obviously I want us to win the league and yes it's a nice thing to say we've won all four. But is it really an achievement? For a start it means you've actually been in the fourth division. Wouldn't it be much better to never complete this set because you've always been in the best leagues?

It would be great to be the first Yorkshire team to win all four titles...

Bookies now have us as favourites for the title again. Still early days but you have to say, there's a healthy determination about this bunch which has been lacking in the past.

Last night was a marker for me, exactly the kind of game we have struggled with in the last few years.

Another good test this weekend, reminds me of the 4th division season when we went there and won 2-0 in similar circumstances (pretty much to the day).

The fourth division has only been around for about 58 years.

After 40 years of hurt I am an expert in applying caution to optimism in relation to the Blades. We are on a great run and as mentioned elsewhere it feels like momentum is building, critically fans and team seem to be bonding and rebuilding the SUFC spirit (no marketing bollox, just generated by a hard working committed team).

I have a view that even when we are doing well we have a long track records of choking in the big games. Reflect back on Wilson's first season where we bossed it apart from the biggies against the likes of Charlton. It would be interesting to hear the views of other like Silentblade on this view.

We didn't trip up at Scunthorpe, Saturday is a further massive test of the level of this side. A draw would be good, win it and it sends out a big message and my caution may be overcome by Optimism.

Have some people blocked out of their memory banks how went up to the Prem without too many glitches...not too long ago???

You've done it now Tom H. If we go on a bad run and slip down the table, the footballing gods will resurrect this thread to the tune of 'Let's all laugh at United'
