Another Wikder brain fart, we needed a Soutter replacement not a Brewster one, I have no idea what Wilder seeds in him, other than I wanted him so I’ll get him eventually.. as soon as we get rid of Wilder the better

Cannon was a Christmas gift from the owners. I'd ask them for the receipt to see if we can send him back.

He is young and showed more tonight than he has done previously, seems pretty obvious that he has been working with Jack Lester, give the guy time
Thought he showed pace tonight which I did not think he had and ran some good channels

Be better saying it in English but you’re correct. We don’t have enough goalscorers in the side - including the two out and out strikers mentioned.

Then we have a right back dry bummed for 45 minutes. A full back who can’t defend against a good wide player. And before we blame JRS, Clarkes positioning was dire.
Absolutely bang on, Clarke is a ball watcher and his positioning sense is woeful, everything they hit us with came down our right side, Raki needs to learn his defensive duties and help Clarke because he certainly needs it.

He had two decent touches which is two more than he's had since we signed him.

If there was a game where he needed to prove he was worth ÂŁ10m, this was it. Instead he looked like a ÂŁ500k gamble.

It's not his fault we massively overpaid for him, but I'd be more confident in goals if we had Gary Madine back.

We would have got at least a point, probably 3, if we had brought a 2019 Madine on instead of Cannon. Totally unnecessary signing and ludicrous substitution today in that situation, ahead of Moore.

CW has done an excellent job in rebuilding the squad from the pits but he is seriously blinded whenever he gets a big wad to 'spunk'.

I hope he will come good but if he continues like this it will almost make the money we pissed away on Brewster almost palatable.

I don't recall anyone saying he was shite when we signed him, but after a few games without any decent service he's suddenly shite

If anyone can show me where they said he was crap when we signed him I'll apologise, but I doubt any of you moaning about him did

He's a goalscorer who hasn't settled yet, likes to play on the shoulder, and we currently don't suit that, but to say he is crap already sums up the keyboard generation
Oh come on. He's crap at the moment. I think Campbell was done, would have been better bringing Brewdog on.

My comments at the time were that I didn't like the signing, seemed like the new Brewster and I 100% stand by that

Going to swim against the tide here. What he has done off the ball has been useful to us so far and he needs more time and better service in my opinion in order to deliver goals.

He was also coming back from injury last night.

I remain to be convinced, certainly seems ill suited to playing up front on his own.
There aren’t many that are good at it. Can’t say 1 up front is very good to watch. We moan about the strikers but in truth it’s a very defensive set up from Wilder. Becoming a bit like his back 8 in the premier league.

Really ? Pretty much every team plays 4231 these days

I'm going to dance with you on this one...

We could have brought peak Alan Shearer and Cristiano Ronaldo last night and it wouldn't have stopped our defence being over run or us having noone who can defend in wide areas.

Leeds were the much better coached side and it showed in the last 30 mins. Was like last season in that there was a storm coming and there was nothing we could do to stop it.

I know. Doesn't mean I like it. The 'Pep' and Southgate-ification of modern football. Turgid sideways passing to keep the ball as the analysts have said this is the most effective way of playing.
