With them somehow winning today it delays their inevitable mathematical relegation by a week (subject to other results). I'm not a Coventry hater but my housemate here in melb is a massive Cov fan so it'd be nice to rip the piss out if him on April 5th.

Looking at last nights results with coventry winning it looks like its going to be the game with us that could relegate them!
Is it a positive that they will need to attack us as only 3 points will do? Or are we better off playing an already relegated team? Im undecided (but I will be happy to see them go either way and take their whistles with them)

They can still get up to 50, which would drop to 47 if we beat them, and they only play one game at home to Bristol Rovers before we play them, so if they lost that it'd need Shrewsbury to pick up two points against Bolton (yes please), Bristol or Millwall, as well as Oldham getting a point off us or Southend. Port Vale winning a bunch of their games in hand could make it possible as well I guess

Or could they stop us winning the title?

I'm not very keen on Cov City, despite living relatively close and having been outraged that they did not enjoy our pro-SISU humour.

Nor do I really get the increasing obsession about them. The best piss yake was scoring just after their silly pitch invasion.

There's only three teams I'd enjoy watching the Blades relegate (over and above the three points). All from Yorkshire and two of them from Barnsley (one central and the other south of the parish).

Imagine a Sheffield derby at the corrosion dome where if the home side lost they were relegated, SAG would allow about eight fans in.

I'm looking forward to seeing their planned pitch invasion from the upper tier :D

See that their "boycotting" of home games is going strong.

Just 7,700 there for the Port Vale game last night. Gotta admire their principles...

Nothing would make me happier than the satisfaction of relegating Coventry.
Before this season I literally couldn't care less about them, now it feels somewhat personal.

I prefer to play the team that is objectively the worst to worrying about the psychology of these things.
