Whatever the Prince and McCabe are doing, this last 3-4 years has proved that if you have the right people in the club all the way down the chain then you can get success. A lot of so called big clubs are probably looking over at United and wondering how we've done it. How we've managed to recruit and train players and staff to achieve what we have has made me more proud to be a Blade than ever before.
None of the above will have been lost on McCabe or the Prince. They are both successful in business, so hopefully it will be sorted for the good of the club.
As for fan groups. I don't like them, they remind me of Unions and i think the views are sometimes done with intentions for what the group think is best for the club, rather than being the best for the club.
I feel like we are engaged with the club now better than ever before. We have a manager that cares so much about us as he's seen the bad times as both a supporter and a player, plus he also saw the club in a bad state when he arrived. We also have players that get it. Not just Billy Sharp as a supporter, though his influence can't ever be underestimated, but the group we have want success.
