Can anyone tell me about this shirt?

So my parents just found this old shirt (attached image) in the loft when having a clear out and wondered if anyone could tell me anything about it.

The badge is similar to the Sheffield United badge of the 70s but not the same.

I assume it’s just a random non genuine shirt but no idea so any info would be sweet!

It's an odd one as we never wore that badge. But Toffs have sold it for years.

I think this is the 1940 winter kit, you can tell by the fur shoulders
