calling all shareholders!!!!

Are there any remaining shareholders in this forum who have trying to sell their holdings? In December 2008 McCabe de-listed SUFC and then guranteed to buy any shares for 1 year. I have been trying to sell the shares since july but the directors are not buying thereby breaking their promise. Is there anyone in this forum in the same situation? Is there any legal recourse also....whos the resident legal forum expert in here....thats would be Darren right? (we should have a SUFC Co-operative......i'll fix ya boiler if you go up to shatwell and tell him to his face that he is crap...something like this)

Wasn't there a contact number for a London broker who was sorting everything out? What have they said about everything?

Yeah JP Jenkins...They were recommended by SUFC and they act as intermediary between the directors of SUFC and shareholders...I have actually placed my holdings with them but the guy has been trying to sell the shares for eight months now and says there are alot of people in the same situation......thats why i want to get rid of the shares quick cause something is wrong at the lane..everyone knows this
