The mighty Blades will have moved away from BDTBL into a brand new 80,914 capacity stadium, have rich owners, at least 7 Premier League titles under our belts! The stadium will cost £25,000,000 to build as well as a £17,000,000 development centre for training, the academy and a hotel and pitch for away teams! Watch this space!

The hotel will be for away teams only! I am not lying! This will really happen! Someone I know, knows a billionaires son and has got him to follow the Blades! Will pass on more info on his future plans on Saturday when I see my mate again!

PLEASE let it be bill gates son.
oh and the next hotel they sell for £1 ill offer £1.25 + VAT but only if its prime location bond street london or rodeo drive los angles :)

I bloody hope not bladeforlife, I'll stop going if we ever move from the lane.

And I hope by 2030, the PL has been disbanded after scandal rips through and bankrupts all the money men at the top

Where would this new stadium be? Somewhere like Attercliffe? No thanks. ;)

£25,000,000 for an 80,000 seater stadium? You'd struggle to build for that price in kandahar, never mind chuffin Attercliffe :)

Its 22:10 now, way past 20:30 but still no sign of this fantastic new stadium. Perhaps this needs to be moved to Rumour Mill...

I thought the world was ending in October anyway? (And he's really really sure this time!)

At least we can be safe in the knowledge that the world will end before we reside in the 4th tier again. :)

Note to all posters -

Drinking Jack Daniel's and Methadone cocktails of an evening is not really that good an idea. Just a thought.

A hotel and pitch just for away teams? What will the United team get? Their own jetpacks? And why 80,914 capacity? Considering it will only cost 25 million whereas the Emirates stadium cost £390 million it will probably be made from an Ikea flat-pack.

Who will the next crazy idea be sponsored by? Night Nurse and Smirnoff, or perhaps some kind of rhinoceros tranquiliser?

So that's about 19 years away from now.
We will have just missed out in the play off final in 2028, failing to score again in our fifth appearance at that stage.
People will be stating that "we just didn't turn up."
Promising youngsters will have been sold at the start of the 2029-30 season and we will have just been relegated to the third tier of English football for the first time in 15 years.
We will be searching for a new manager and be offloading expensive players out of contracts we should not have offered them.

Broomers will be in Cryogenic Suspension
Darren will have, begrudgingly, made his fifth post over the last 10 years
Swiss will be still banging on about Ched Evans and how he was amazed that he flopped at Leicester all those years ago.
Mica will be slagging off the chairman and anyone in the back room staff involved in running the club affairs not directly related to the football side of the business.
Beighton will have discovered who owns the flipping freehold
Olle will be finishing off a 40 page thread on building an Ark

And . . . Linz will have only just relented and allowed Lenners back onto the forum a couple of weeks before the end of the season.

Same owd, same owd

Come to think of it by 2030 Id not be surprised if we are where Luton are now.

After 19 years in charge following a contract mix up when he signed resulting in him being unsackable, Danny Wilson retires. The goal that every Blade was hoping for finally achieved... We'd made it!

Everyone said it was impossible, but we finally made it back to the Football League through the conference play offs

heh.. quality post kenilworth :D
following the merger of the two sheffield clubs into sheffield city fc i will be watching afc united of sheffield in graves park
