how much do we pay this bloke to keep the ball out of our net? Because at times he is bloody crap at doing so!

Bunn was so bloody lucky not to be the worst 'Keeper in that game.

I'm on record on here as saying he will soon see out his career in league 2 or lower league 1. He simply is shocking at the one thing that 90% of professional goalkeepers are decent at - ie shot stopping. That is the bread and butter for a goalkeeper.

Its bizarre with Bunn because he's actually good in the air, and not bad coming out in one-on-ones, but he is simply crap when somebody fires a shot at him. I also dont think he is mentally strong enough to cope with the pressure.

You say he is good in the air but the goal which let them back in was a terrible flap at a ball which was never his. His body language after that was worth a goal to Plymouth in itself.

yeah he goofed there. But generally speaking he is decent in the air. I agree about his body language, he looked as if he'd fallen apart.

he also wears one of them pufters scarves too. wasn't even that cold today!

I started off thinking he was better than this but have enough about me to accept he's not very good having seen average shot after average shot beat him. Having said that I still don't accept it's anything to do with his height - he's just not very good. Having said that our defence did lose the plot and followed nosworthy's lead in becoming nervous wreck's for the last half an hour. Happy with the 3 points but we're going nowhere fast if the last 30/40 minutes is anything to go by.

I honestly can't remember a less good goalkeeper than Bunn having a prolonged spell in our 1st team. John Hope?? We have truly been spoilt over the years, so bad goalkeeping sticks out like a sore thumb for us, because we are not used to it.

I fully expected the embarrasing scene of Bunn being subbed for Bennet today when there was about 15-20 minutes left to play

Did anybody else notice the reaction of the entire back 4 when their 3rd went in? They were livid!

Bunn is a pathetic joke. As is our manager for thinking he is worth a place in a top CCC place.

He actually made a decent save straight after the first clanger but he is a major accident waiting to happen. All keepers are to some extent but this kid is pathetic.

Paul Gerrard would run him close.

I'd just started to believe that Bunn might have some ability after all, yesterday proved I was wrong.

The goalkeeping situation is a major concern for the rest of the season.

Worst Keeper we ever had was Bob Widdowson. Fortunately he didn't play very often as Hodgey was an ever present. But Bob used to frighten me to death. Can't see Bunn being that bad, or is he?

What about Richardson?

Surely no-one can be worse than Lee Baxter?

How many games did he have if you compare it to Bunn?

Baxter was out of his depth maybe but he never got a second chance, Bunn has gotten his third and fourth chance...

What makes a good goalie is that he saves all (+95%) the easy ones and on a good day nothing beats him...

highlights show an absolutely horrible flap from Bunny for the first goal, a really cack dive for the third....and perhaps he should have been more aware for the second.
...as has been pointed out though he wasn't the worst keeper on the pitch.

Bunn doesn't ever seem to have an average game, he is either very good or awful and therein lies his problem he needs to be consistent.

IMO this is why we have been allowed to take him on loan, he can only get that consistency by playing.

By the way on the subject of worse keepers, John Hope anyone?
