It always amazes me how any manager manages to create team spirit in today's professional football. It's one thing at school and junior level when your playing for the shirt but at professional level when it's for big money it's got to be a whole new ball game, especially if the guy next to you is getting twice or three times as much for doing the same job, and in the prem. that could be in the thousands of pounds bracket .
And the supporters are no help are they, look at those who would be willing to pay out those top wages to bring in players like Brayford or a center forward at this stage of the game in this division, what would that do to the current pay structure,and would it really get them all playing for each other as a team or would it eventually just divide them ..
