SSN have just broken that Kia and MSI are in direct contact with SUFC lawyers and are considering handing over documentation.

McCabes just said on Radio Sheffield that we've uncovered some other issues, further information and more that will make the Premier League squirm and that whatever happens we are to show we are Sheffield United and we will not back down.

Hahahahahaha :D

Go on our Kev and Kia!

Kia and MSI are saying the loan with West Ham is now over according to Sky Sports News.

:D :D :D

Awesome!

Kev and Kia sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G ...i'll shut up now.

Great news i guess.

Just wish he would of come forward sooner.

West Ham fans changing their mind? Never! :D
.............

Kia hasn't shot himself in the foot because he never confirmed that the deal had been cancelled - he just acknowledged receiving the letter and stated that he reserves his rights. I've said this so many times but I'll say it again: one of the conditions of playing Tevez was that we would defend our ownership against Kia - we can't just get shot of him because if we do so without receiving the money we'll be breaking this agreement with the PL and will in all likelihood the case will be re-opened and we'll be relegated (this is why Eggy was making such bold statements about his ownership - he HAD to). The only way I can see out of it is to buy Tevez, and Kia can pretty much name his price because the alternative is relegation.

Apparently the reason he didn't say anything before is because he didn't want to be the one to relegate West Ham (gist taken from SNN).

Like I've said in the shoutbox, if everything was above board like all the West Ham fans came over here to attempt to shove down our throats, they have nothing to worry about... and neither does Eggy.

But there are only a few people who actually know what the deal is and they're playing poker faces with it all.

i feel quite good now, i hope they get a big fat fine and get relegated with us grinning at them as we swap :D

Yeah and he only wants to come forward now so he dosnt lose any money on Tevez.

scudamore is a tosser. i dont know how it took liverpool 5 weeks to sign macaroni, man utd 4 weeks and counting to get tevez, but west ham did it in 24 hours allowing tevez to play last 3 games.

its as though west ham have lied about it all, showed him his registration and scudamore saying " oh yep thats fine."

with something like a mindfield with rules like this, i dont know how they could allow him to play without investigating it all. it wasnt watertight for the last 3 games tevez should not have played.

A balanced view from a West Ham fan........

:D :D :D

Bring him in for one pre-season training session and get Scotty Parker to go through the back of him two footed. Then we'll see how much he's worth with his legs in plaster for the rest of the season.

It seem's he won't get any money unless it is proved he still has said clause in contract. Thus breaking PL rules and WHU being guilty for the final 3 games of lying to the PL again.

The way I see it, as I've said elsewhere, is it was only the offending third party influence part of the contract that had to be gotten rid of, the part that said MSI could sell Tevez without West Ham's permission.

Tevez was still registered to play for WH with the PL, so as for as the PL are concerned it was all kosher.

As for WH ripping up and contract that MSI didnt agree to, then that is between MSI and WH to settle, likely in court.

I love supporting the blades, never a dull moment, fair play to mcabe for keeping the ball rolling with this one. I hope they get a points deduction from the start of next season, say 10 points, then get loads of stick home and away, oh and Tevez scores for Man U to finally relegate them, then we can wave at them as we pass them... cup game with them would be nice too.

Tevez was still registered to play for WH with the PL, so as for as the PL are concerned it was all kosher.

They requested Tevez be re-registered with the offending clause taken out didn't they? Or am I mistaken?

If the offending clause was never taken out by MSI as well as WHU, then surely this makes the player ineligible, as said clause was not rectified.
