Just been browsing the Wembley merchandise on offer from our fine club and noticed the below "John Brayford Mask" which is retailing at £3.00. Whilst I think it is a little overpriced, It is something new and novel and I look forward to seeing Brayford everywhere at Wembley.

When the team get their Wembley haircuts and he shaves off the beard there are going to be a few miffed people around here

I know that was a joke, but knowing how superstitious footballers are, I suspect it wouldn't come off before we get knocked out of the cup.

I hope all the funds raised by all this Brayford mania is going towards signing him on a permanent in the summer.

I for one have been growing a brayford beard since the charlton game, I'll be there chanting 3 simple words . FEAR THE BEARD !!!!

I don't think i've ever known a player who has just been on loan for a few months to have his own line in merchandise before!

He's a good player for sure, the praise goes a wee bit over the top cos he's a typical old-fashioned blades type. He's looked like a blade since he first pulled on a shirt. We haven't had too many of those types in a long time now. His work rate and enthusiasm are contagious, you really get the feeling his presence helps the entire team. The fact he has a bit of a bromance with Cloughie is an added bonus. It all just fits. Clough is showing he knows how to gel a team together like nobody since Warnock has got even close to achieving. He's surprised me a lot, i didn't realise he was that type of manager. Never really seemed like that at Derby to me, seemed quite methodical and subdued. He seems to have really found his passion back since he came here. Maybe cos expectations were so low it's given him a bit of freedom, at Derby he was always under pressure and seemed to be on the verge of getting the sack for about 3 years.

Spot on KenMcnaughtsNuts

Clough makes being a blade enjoyable again! Last few years it's been ok. It felt disjointed though, but now it's like the club and fans are becoming one again.

Not many sides in league one could say that

Brayford is the epitome of what Clough and the club are now moulding. You can Add many others into that as well like coady, Doyle, Scoogs and Murphy, but it started with the beard really :)

Pick the cliches out of that!
