That game was the only time I have left a game really early, basically when their 3rd went in on about 66 minutes. We were shocking that day, literally couldn't string two passes together and it was freezing too.

Incredible to think it was 31 years ago, that's mental.

When did we beat them 1-0 at Highfield Road on Boxing Day, when Jack Lester scored? I'm sure I took Mrs Bon II, when we'd not long started seeing each other, so I would make that 2002/2003ish. If it was any earlier, it would have been another girlfriend I went with. I do remember it started pissing it down as we were leaving the ground. Proper torrential rain, blown horizontally, we were absolutely soaked, so much so, that we both took our sopping wet jeans off for the drive home.
