Can I recommend that any hungry travelling Blades try the local takeaway delicacy the “Parmo” if they haven’t already; an artery-clogging extravaganza consisting of a flattened piece of chicken in breadcrumbs, covered in bechemel sauce and melted cheese, served with chips.
