Yes, but with a misinterpretation of what that means. A 3 year rolling contract means you always have three years left on the deal. That means three years compo. Of course, in practice, there are negotiated settlements, usually involving a reduction in exchange for a lump sum. We'll still be paying Adams at the moment, let alone Wilson! I suppose it's too late to sack Morgan?
