Do you guys know if errea is generally true to size or do you generally need to size up or down?

Size up at least once on everything bar shorts

The sizing is hard to judge with errea. I'm a large, got the large shirt last season which fits fine.

My wife got me the training vest for my birthday to run in, size large. It was skin tight (I've not put weight on). Sent it back and got the XL which only just fits but is considerably longer.
