I can't be bothered to boo individual posts so this is a general boo..... I apologise for drowning out my occasional claps.
Last night had me feeling like I did In Robbo's days when things got so bad I just stopped going and wrote to McCabe in desperation.
I've never left a game early but I've worked out that these internet discussion boards too quickly become overwhelmed with 'negative waves' that are not representative. Any crap performance by team and/or fans is escalated to a state of hysteria within minutes of the final whistle.
We were crap last night, so a few fans booed (and we choose to inerpret what they were booing - maybe they were booing their pies?), we mostly play percentage hoofball which is presently awful to watch , nothing new here then!
Supporting Sheffield United in the noughties is nothing like as much fun as it was for me in the 70s and 80s. Football has changed, I've changed, the world has changed. Boo!
Meanwhile, I'm going to get over last night's crap, take a deep breath and hope and dream we'll tonk Donny on Saturday while believing we'll probably be played off the park and Billy will get a hat-trick.
Oh and there will probably be some booing. Boo!
