Am I entitled to inform them of my view that they are self-indulgent, ignorant, hoof-loving, single-celled cunts?...
They probably know that already.

Paul Walker commented how negative the team were after taking that early lead, that early goal should have given them confidence to push on and put the game to bed. They didn't they went into snooze control, which is a recurring theme in most of our games. PW also noticed NA wasn't happy with the slow tempo and easy passing, again a reoccurring point he makes in almost of his post match interviews, but the players still do it week in week. Supporters hear his interviews and see the players ignore his orders, and some wonder why supporters get frustrated.
I despise this "they pay their money; they can say what they like.." garbage. Most of us want to be entertained and back our team in a convivial, supportive atmosphere, not poisoned by Neanderthal lager drinking idiots who think their uneducated, simple-minded "views" have priority over everyone else's. They don't. We have too high a ratio of negative, amoeba brained twats amongst our fan base. They won't be satisfied until the ale house crap that is all they have ever known once again reigns supreme, Adkins football is consigned to history and we can be upanatem under Muckanettles Morgs.
Some of them are close to beyond belief (certainly outside the depths of S2) and certainly beneath contempt. Worst, thickest, vilest supporters in the land. A complete embarrassment.
WTF has that got to do with the booing of the team and it improving their performance in the second half
There is nothing in that post that supports your argument that booing of players / team improves performance
Quite frankly I dont give a flying fuck what Paul piggy Walker has to say, I was there like I was at Oldham and saw it for myself I dont need some guy from Radio Sheffield telling me what I saw or what should happen on a football pitch

Don't know about booing Givens that day there's a lot who'd have killed the cuntDid anyone not boo Don Givens when he missed that penalty , or was it just a case of hard luck old chap you good for nothing wanker.

The match was that uneventful I didn't even notice them pull a goal back.
It were that bad Adkins were fekin boooooing
Why is acceptable to cheer and clap a team for a good performance but unacceptable to boo a bad performance?
Bit harsh. At least he had the bottle to take it. 'Useless twat' would be more appropriate.Did anyone not boo Don Givens when he missed that penalty , or was it just a case of hard luck old chap you good for nothing wanker.

I would have thought a bollocking from the manager at half time or a slight change in tactics would have had more to do with the second half performance than being booed at half time. I'd guess most footballers would think "fuck you lot" as they walked off rather than thinking " they're jolly well right, I'll up my game in the second half and show them by Jove"

Or the Everton player Jagielka, who needlessly and inexplicably gave away the penalty that sealed our relegation?....
You dont get my point They got booed off at FT against Oldham if booing helps improve performances why didnt they improve in the very next game. Surely they hadnt forgotten the reception they got at the end of that game
The reason they do these easy passes and the passing on of responsibilty is the fear of the crowd getting on their backs. I have never heard a manager come on the radio and say booing improves team performance.
Wouldn't that imply the players don't give a toss what the supporters think, interesting
If I recall correctly was more annoyed Matthews bottled taking the penaltyBit harsh. At least he had the bottle to take it. 'Useless twat' would be more appropriate.
Once was when Paul Devlin bottled a challenge (v Palace at home maybe?). He'd been trying to get a move away and I thought it was a clear statement of 'I won't be trying if you don't let me go'..
So many matches are partially ruined for me as i spend most of my time getting annoyed at people for talking shit. I got into an argument with someone at Scunthorpe, and he came out with the classic 'they need to know it's not good enough', which is utter rubbish, as if the players are suddenly going to go 'ooooh, you want us to play better? Alright then.' I agree Oldham was poor, but who benefits from singing 'what the fucking hell was that.'
Even worse, George Long clearly already has huge confidence issues, as does Howard at the minute, yet our fans, who you'd think wanted them to perform well, stand behind the goal and bollock them?
As well as boos, the constant groaning doesn't help. It will either make players reluctant to try something which may see them lose the ball, or rush a pass if they're being screamed at.
It'd be nice to say the stereotype of football fans is incorrect, but I'm sad to say it seems the vast majority are morons.
