I am sick of them. Why at half time when they had been in our half 3 times did we get some MINDLESS IDIOTS booing?

because we've increased our support significantly over the last 10 yeasr, and a fair percentage are knob jockey's.

Where we sit the boo boys get booed so the booing sounds 2/3 times worse than it is.

Actually quite a lot of the booers are much longer term fans than that, trust me.

I have only ever boo'd a team performance. I would NEVER boo an individual player whilst he is wearing a Blades shirt.
(I did, once, but the tw*t deserved it. Paul Richardson, when he stuck the jacks up at the kop.)
I may be guilty of a loud groan when someone fooksup, but never a boo. I really dislike this culture that is spreading like pig flu around the Lane, it dosen't encourage or instill any confidence in the individual OR his team mates who must be shit scared to cock up, therefore affecting their performance.
I do agree with venting frustrations AFTER the match to try and get a point accross to our leaders, but unless we get mass car park demo's never get taken on board.

Same here, I came bloody close with Devlin in that Watford (I think) match some years ago though.

I agree no need for it. All booing does is put extra pressure on the players and is non produtive

Maybe it's because of the crap they are being forced to watch, the fact that whilst Donny may have been in our half 3 time up to the break we were still a goal down and hadn't managed to get a player in behind their back 4 once, (come to think of it I can't remember the last time that happened anyway!).

The football is crap, the manager is crap, the tactics are crap and half the bloody team aren't even ours, (loanees) which is also bloody crap. Clear the lot out and start again...

...BBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Sorry Torrix but you are the reason that I get so frustrated. It was actually the first time that they had been in our box and was a poxy, poxy deflection. We were the better team by far even though we were going to be outplayed by the best footballing team in the division !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get real, we've had to reduce the wage bill and on another day would have won 3-1 at least. Start supporting them or stay at home............please for the sake of my sanity. Hands up who has actually played football at a good level.....not many I guess at the back of the Kop.... to busy having 10 pints on a Saturday dinner session.

Notice how this coward quotes THEY so he can hide in the crowd of them. He obviously doesn't start the booing just joins in to follow the sheep after his belly full of ale. and if your not a coward i challenge you to come with a banner and hold it above your head saying 'I'm one of the boo boys'

Oh and 1 other thing Torrix1889--NO ONE IS FORCING ANYONE TO WATCH.

You bunch of self-righteous tossers, so no-one is allowed a different opinion to you “happy-clappers” then?

Just for your information I have been supporting the Club for over 30 years, through all 4 divisions, home and away, through thick and thin and will forever more. I am NOT a “boo-boy”, (and don’t condone it either) and give my support to the lads whatever.

HOWEVER I do understand why certain sections of the crowd are getting increasingly frustrated with the constant drivel and spin that spews its way out of Bramall Lane like a poisonous bile.

If you are happy to watch the mediocre, dull, uninspiring football that we play, with a tactically inept manager, with the lies that come from the boardroom, with the constant failures in the transfer market, with a Chairman that is more concerned with everything BUT SUFC then fine………………………happy clapping.

I don’t like the booing but I took off my rose tinted specs a long time ago……..

Are you for real? Some of the spin our Turry has spun over the years puts Alistair Campbell to shame........

Oh yeah, forgot to add;

Happy with our best players being sold and for peanuts...............

:D

here we go again !

lies ? mmmmm........... now let me think !

nope McCabe is the saviour. ;)

oh hang on if he's the saviour why does he charge so much interest on his loans to the Blades ?

So your great long boo meant nothing - not a boo boy 'just making a point' Through sweeping statements. I'm with Trevor , Elaborate and isolate.
Oh and while we're battleing on time spent at the lane and away in the 4th and through thick and thin - 40 years not though family my own decision to be 'FORCED' to watch but I'm sure there are 50,60,70,80 and 3 and 5 years who have as much right.

So Trev, you have picked out one small item of my post to hang your hat on then?

OK for an example, What about the lies about transfers? that players wouldn't "have to be sold" that transfer fees received would be reinvested in the squad..........etc,etc

My great long BBBoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, was firmly tongue in cheek.

Gentlemen.

The argument of censorship is an interesting one. As certainly no one has stopped anyone else from saying anything. An argument against a point of view is not somebody stopping you having your say.

However, I am about to step in and stop you from calling each other names. Or else the naughty step will come into play.

Cut it out.

Much obliged.

Sorry linz i go on bended knees for forgiveness like christiano ronaldo in the picture with King Morgan

No worries chaps... as you were, just without resorting to name calling :)
