Kenny, Bromby, Shelton, Stead, Hendrie, Carney, Kilgallon, Montgomery, Armstrong, Geary, S. Quinn.

Subs: Hulse, Bennett, Gillespie, Lucketti, Sharp.
 
It sounded like one of our better performance s of the season, fantastic, is this the turn around? Lets hope so.

They not bothered about Cup run maybe? If only fielded reserves? Or did they think we were that shit they could beat us with a reserve side?

its the same situation as last season with us, Bolton don't really care about the cup, they've got Europe to concentrate on and more importantly relegation, we lost to Swansea but we played our reserves so i wasn't fussed that we lost
 
Good team performance from the Blades.

Killa was unshakable at the back and Bromby looked steady alongside him.

Geary was just Del Geary... standing up to Diouf :D

Hendrie and Carney were fantastic attacking options in midfield.

Monty = Captain Fantastic

And all the forward options worked well together.

MOTM = Kilgallon
 

:D Great first away match of the season, Best get myself to some more if and when i can. :D UP the blades.

I'd pay good money to see those two fight. Diouf would have all the advantages of height, reach, weight and phlegm.
But Geary would have the advantage of being Geary. Hard as nails, never giving up and totally committed. Diouf would wake up in casualty thinking he'd just trod on a landmine.

killa MOTM. geary looked like he hasnt been missing.

id have del boy over bardsley anyday of the year.

hendry drifted in and out of the game but did some good things.

stead looks to be getting his confidence back, part from the fans part from playing well and being benched and injured strikers being picked before him me thinks!
 
The Bolton fans are getting upset at the Radio Sheffield commentary - because calling Diouf petulant and saying he committed a cowardly challenge on Derek Geary apparently amounts to racism?

And calling something a "powderpuff" effort apparently amounts to homophobia?

What is it called when you walk around Bolton Tesco and speculate whether anyone actually requires contraceptives in the vicinity, due to the fact that every single being had a big fat head and a pig nose? ;)

I would actually rather be a sheep shagger than resort to anything that was wandering around that supermarket :D

It was an abysmal show of support from the home fans and those that stayed away have no right to complain about losing (or indeed the Radio SHEFFIELD commentary). The team didn't look like they wanted it and who's to blame them when less than 10k home fans could be bothered to take up the cheap tickets and come and watch them?

They were shit and we weren't much better. On that showing, I'd be dreading the UEFA Cup and the negative effect the extra games could have on that side.

On a serious note... did anyone see the kid in the yellow, on what I can only presume is the Borstal Stand? He proceeded to offer out the whole United end (yes, all 5,000 people) yet fail to actually watch any of the match.

Then ten minutes before the end, he was off on his way out of the ground before Bolton won a corner, and he decided to go back to his seat :D

Probably wanted to wait for full time for all them people he was gonna knock out ;)

Didn't see him after the game though :confused:

PS: I do actually quite like Bolton as a club, I am just extremely intolerant :D

lol, that kid was crackers. Did anyone notice some guy in black everytime we sung he started doin the monkey like Johny Bravo and then started to wave his arms around like a fairy, mental he was, mental. Their support is awful, why they even have fans is beyond me. But was a laugh, and our support was simply awesome
