Could this be an option to try? Derby fans all saying he's better going forward than defending. He's fast and forward thinking. Can score. Would it give us a bit more creativity and forward threat from midfield? And also good cover for Baldock/Bash. I know it's a bit square peg round hole in the sense that he's not a midfielder, but could just give us a bit of something different??

I believe I'm right in saying that he's played his entire career either at RB or RW?

He's stepped up a division and not even settled in yet and to expect him to try and start learning a new position is madness. You'd be better off suggesting Baldock there, which also no.

Isn't Ben Osborne a LB? Seems to do ok at LM...
I'd hardly say it's madness. Keiron Freeman also managed it on occasions and apparently Bogle is a miles better player then KF.
Just a thought!

With JOC out, maybe we’ll see a back four and more width across midfield.

Dunno - not sure I can see us completely changing our formation?

I think CWAK need to come up with a plan B if plan A isn't producing. 6 defeats on the bounce and only 1 goal scored needs some thinking about, time to be inventive.

Osborn is a central midfielder that we used as left wing back cover, not the other way around. Although its the right of our midfield three, its still a central midfield spot, not proper right midfield where Kieron Freeman filled in occasionally.

Having the option to go to a back four with Bogle on the wing might work, although he'd have to be in the squad first

Yes please.
Why on earth is he not even in the squad ?
Can't understand why we sign players who don't make the squad , never mind the team 11.

Ok so if he can play CM, LM and LWB in a perfectly acceptable manner, why shouldn't Bogle be able to adapt as well? Osborn started his career as a LB and got stuck into MF by chance. Yes we have a narrow MF but I don't agree with you that the left and right hand sides are effectively CM's. My concern is we only have Lunny currently in that position - neither Norwood or Berge are particularly happy there. Lunny has energy but he's hardly Mr Creative. Don't think it would hurt to try it is all I'm saying. Did you ever think Bash would switch from MF to become an overlapping RB???

Baffled as to why he isn't in the squad as should Lowe they should be given a chance for too long or first XI have not had any competition for places.

Lowe was in the squad yesterday.
Who would Bogle replace in the 18? Jagielka was the only other defender on the bench, covering Ampadu and Basham.
