My dad didnt rate Bernard Shaw. He thought Graham was the best left back with Ted Hemsley second bestGraham Shaw, debut aged 17 v the pigs. Good as his Bro ,and Ted were, my choice would be Graham at full back.

U23sShaw did go to Wolves. Can't remember if they were in the U21 set at the same time ?
Great appraisal of Bob's qualities Boo! My take on him exactly.[/QUOTE)
Don't want to say I told you so

Sirius, Did we transfer Bernard Shaw to Wolves. Also were Len Badger and Bernard Shaw England U21 full backs at the same time.

My favourite left back since, well i don't know.
Harley possibly.
Didnt Bernard Shaw go on to play for the Pigs
Harris is back on track after a bad start to season.
Seems to be forming an understanding with Done with some nicely weighted balls up to him
Gotta be whispering bob
No brainer - Whispering - all the wayGotta be whispering bob
Wow, and you're his biggest critic
Haha didn't go 2night but he's been undroppable and proving me wrong for weeks now
Thought Holt was excellent first half but vanished in the second half as County became more aggressive.
Bob Harris - always has been class & been my favourite current player since his arrival. He was overlooked abit by some fans after we signed that Bearded fella (who of course also oozes quality!) who took all the limelight, nice to see all Blades now giving him the recognition he deserves
Keep up the hard work Bladesmen, on to the next one...
I, for one, think Done really appreciates Harris' nicely weighted balls.
They were certainly in the England U18's together, along with Currie, Jones and Birchenall. John Harris was also their England U18s manager at the time. The only Scotsman to manage an England team at the time (I THINK)Sirius, Did we transfer Bernard Shaw to Wolves. Also were Len Badger and Bernard Shaw England U21 full backs at the same time.
