Whats happened to Sommiel?
Some people will also say Jags should play there and have Quinn & Tonge in Midfield together.

sommiel is too old.

Quinn and tonge in the middle wouldnt work. Tonge cant tackle, and quinn is to small to win headers, tonge just dosent win any. Need some beef in there like jagz to get foot in and play it to quinn or out wide.

it looks like geary will be injured i think.

if he isn't then i would play:

kenny
geary morgan davis armstrong
keef jags squinny tonge
hulse nade

I would like to see jags at CB instead of davis but we havn't got the players for a different CM player at the moment.

I'd start;

Wilko De Vogt

Gus Uhlenbeek
Danny Cullip
Emanuele Gabriele
Jon Curtis

Andy Liddel
Mark Rankine
Paul Thirlwell
Dries Boussatta

Ashley Ward
Laurens Ten Heuvel

Subs:

Barry Hayles
Lee Baxter
Michael Twiss
Ian Hamilton
Steve Yates

I think not many turned up that day because of bad weather, really wet and windy.

I'll never forget that day, I lost my bloody keys celebrating and spent ages looking after the game to find them. Think it was our second goal when they jumped out of my pocket as I nearly ended up upside down. The game was on TV it was January, cold and wet, course no one was going to turn up. But, put those conditions in now playing the Arse in the Premiership and it's all different :)

Would we still have the crowd if NW were to put out a 'reserve' team?

I would put money on the crowd not being far off a sell out despite the team we field. We all go to watch the Blades but we are in the Premiership so people want to come see the players that are on TV day in day out, I am looking forward to watching William Gallas come to the lane on Saturday.

And fook me, has Lawernson lost any imagination he had left in him, just look at these scores, does he know anything other that 2-0 (his favourite) 1-1 and 2-1?

i think jags "wusses" out of a of a few balls he could win, top player but needs to get stuck in more

Yea was on tv aswell although still it wasnt much better condition wise against villa this time and it was on tv aswell. 17,000 fans just appear well minus a few thousand due to away fans. Takes the piss really that these fans have just suddenly appeared and jumped on the band wagon. Mind you good for the club i soppose just abit annoying coz i wonder IF (touch wood we dont etc) we do get relegated how many will suddenly go.

At the end of the day no matter who or what club you are, every club across the world will have glory fans who will only turn up when the club is in the Top division.

Yea i know it makes me sick cant we just take there money and tell em to piss off. :)

I was really looking forward to this home game at the start of the season hoping to see players like Henry grace Bramall Lane.

Now on the day it just seems like any other game.

I think le tiss might be right got a feeling we may just get something from the game. Just aslong as Alan Wright dosnt play like last time.
