He needs to. His use of the ball in attacking positions was wasteful at best. He could be a fine player if he improves this aspect of his game.

the way we changed the game second half till we scored was more like the how we played last season, well on the frontfoot causing hammers all kinds of problems. after the goal we sort of went for the draw and/or hammers got going again. wish we could've gone for the second as hammers were defending, we overtook possesion and did ever so well for 25 minutes second half. think we showed in that glimpse we don't need to fear anybody playing a bit more forward. Stevens and Baldock were more defenders first half(5 at the back most of the time) coming out second half we had a midfield 5 higher wich made hammers struggle to get any possesion till we scored. brilliant coaching btw. sure happy with a point, but today I felt we could have risked the point as we were in so much command second half.(makes me realise how far we've got, damn proud)

I agree with you on the whole but the header - the goalkeeper actually got a finger tip to the ball which misdirected the ball so he didnt get the header, if the goalkeeper hadnt touched it the ball would have been in the net.
