That's a good angle of Norwood's celebration. From where we were sitting it was 100% clear he meant it. When the ball went in he turned towards John Street, opened his arms, as if to say, "Well that was pretty good wasn't it?" Yes, Ollie, it was.

As I've said elsewhere, if Duff's shot had gone 'in the bottom corner', the goalie might well have saved it. It bounced on the 6-yard line and was a couple of feet in the air when it crossed the goal-line - 'Over the goalie's despairing dive' etc. etc.

Sinclair, unfortunately 4th official indicate just 2 minutes added time lmfao

On villas you tube page highlights are 10 mins long!
This happens quite often as after after " bouncing day" I stumbled across ten mins of highlights on the pig you tube page
For some reason our you tube page only show brief highlights (2-3 mins) where on the oppositions they have extended highlights (10 mins)
Would love to know why!

What is conclusive about this photo is what a gem we have in Billy Sharp. He plays off the shoulder of the last defender and times his runs so well he is a nightmare to defend against. He looks in-line (and I thought he was from my seat in the family stand) but at worst he was very fractionally offside. In any event he was clear of their backline and in on goal. Brilliant positioning and anticipation and sharp as a true Blade. To quote my earlier post when some fans said he should be put out to semi-retirement back in League One - "Beating Heart - sideline at your peril"
