More points dropped. Very poor result today. I’m sick of having nothing to show for good performances. We need to learn to make our dominance count or we will fall away from contention like we did last year.

I can accept games like the one against West Brom, where we played well but came up short against a team with a lot of quality. When you’re playing a side struggling for any kind of result on a consistent basis you have to turn them over if you want to be taken seriously as a promotion contender.

I was wondering who made that block in our box 2nd half – it was McGoldrick, looked excellent at the time and probably saves a goal.

The Baldock error for their goal looks even worse on this extended replay. I maintain that for basic defending that’s worse than Freeman’s two errors this season where he’s not done enough to stop a cross. I hope Baldock is just readjusting to the team after an extended spell out, but I’m increasingly concerned about this position.
