He’s a very good box player and finisher.

I'd have liked to us to sign him but if he didn't want to come here then he would have just disrupted the dressing room. Wilder would not have kept him long if that was the case.

Moose seems to have a much a better personality from what I have seen. Maupay always seems to look like someone wiped some shit on his living room curtains.

The most fidgety of interviews I’ve seen Wilder give for a while. Some never before seen facial expressions to go with it.

When you go to S24SU.com to read the comments on today’s performance and you see someone write “Osborne” or “Osbourne”:

When you think of Fleck being in the midfield for the next three years:

WTF you on about Bladesman? :D Do you think players sign for clubs against their will and are forced to play? Maybe you think we employ "kidnap"as part of our recruitment strategy?

Listen mate...we wanted to sign Maupay and Maupay was interested to sign for us. Then Brighton came in with a better offer. Better in ways that we couldn't compete with, the geographical location for a start. The perception that they were an established Prem League side whilst we were a relegation certainty. I don't blame him for choosing them over us. But it was never a case of us signing him against his will, being unhappy and disrupting the dressing room. That's pure fantasy mate! It's so barmy it makes no sense at all! I think you must have had a few when you typed that! :D

I don't know about the relative personalities of Moose v Maupay - I've no idea and don't really care. All I know is, I'd still like Maupay in our squad. You can check back on here to what I was saying at the end of last season about Maupay - BEFORE we were even linked with him. I think there was a thread about "Which Championship players would you like us to sign?" and I replied to that to say "Neil Maupay". And the reason I said "Neil Maupay" was because I thought he was an outstanding finisher and I compared him then, saying that he'd be the ideal replacement, long term, to Billy Sharp. Very similar to Sharp in some ways, but younger and faster.

I still think that. And...I wouldn't be surprised if he's on our radar again in summer, especially if Brighton go down.

Go back to Donny with a carrier bag with £18K in it.

Those extended highlights - we look so good on the ball. Some wasted/weak crosses, but some of the play... just phenomenal. And that little lob over the defender from Fleck to JOC I think it was. Sexy times.

Sure, we didn't win, but we came out with more points than we started the day with. After listening to Wilder's interview where he said he was really happy with the performance from the entire team I feel he's spot on. On another day we might have smashed them 4-1, but not to be today.

It's testament to how far we've come in 4 years since Wilder arrived that I get pissed off if we don't at least draw to Man City at home, we only win Bournemouth 2-1 and we haven't absolutely destroyed Brighton. If I'd have thought I'd have been saying this a year since I might have had myself committed.

Fleck has one thing he needs to work on to be a top top midfielder. Picking out the top corner from 20+yards. Once he has that nailed down and I think he will, watch out Europe!

He doesn't do too bad at hitting the back of the net though.
