The ref is correctly concentrating on Peck and the keeper. Surely it's the linos job to look for encroachment

No he is not the Ref looks for encroachment hence why he has his hand up in the stay position, the linesman looks for the goal keeper moving off his line.

The Lino should be looking to see if Davies comes off the line too early, that’s why he’s positioned where he is, the ref should be looking at encroachment as there is no need to just concentrate on Peck. The ref, as with most refs was a compete wanker and should’ve ordered a retake if it wasn’t for his wankerness.
