Sheffield United have turned down a £600,000 bid from Yorkshire neighbours Leeds for unsettled striker Geoff Horsfield.

Elland Road boss Kevin Blackwell wanted Horsfield to replace Rob Hulse, who moved to Bramall Lane for £2.3million last week. Blades have told Leeds they want £1m for Horsfield.
