In it from day ONE at the Top Rank, until the week we sold Alan Kelly and I decided not to bother anymore.

In all the time I was a member I won the princely sum of £10. Although this is £10 more than I ever got when I was an agent for the "tote" or whatever they called it in the mid seventies.

I think it's cracking good value.

Had a £2000 win, a £1000 win and several smaller ones.

Last was a while back though. Must be nearly my turn again ;-)

I once won 2 tickets for the home game v Wimbledon. As a season ticket holder of two tickets, they were of very limited use and the black market was a bit slow that day.

That's all I have to show for over 20 years at £2 a week.

Shook Beagrie's hand at The Roxy, signed up, then cancelled in disgust when we flogged him.

Ironically, with the £200K we raised we bought Deane and Agana....what do I know...:)

Never won a thing on the draw.

As a point of pedantry, we bought Agana before we sold Beagrie. The Beagrie money went on Deane, Benstead, Bryson and Roberts.

Been in it from Day One its been going 27 years Ive won a £2000 holiday voucher and 2 x £1000 Dean Saunders presented me with my holiday voucher at a match
Ive won nothing for about 15 years I think Im still in it :)

Won £1000 which completely changed my life and my family. Graham Benstead drew my numbers at half time v Huddersfield Town ,we were drawing I think and went on to win 5-1 and the pigs also lost ,pretty good day .
I handed my notice in at work on the Monday went on the enterprise allowance scheme and launched my business soon after ,the rest is history but it has turned over more than 10 million in the 23 years since it formed.
I went to the Top Rank launch too with the Miss Sheffield United of the time Sam Sears as a friend I hasten to add :)

Been in it since start and have won bugger all!! £10 and a 'free' inscribed brick on Bramall Lane. Still in it and periodically have to try a justify the standing order to my wife.

I was also at the Top Rank launch, can't remember what year it was but it was absolute mayhem outside. Married in 1987 and my wife threw me out of the scheme, I was such a wimp in those days

We were winning 1-0 at HT (Duffield) and the other goals were Duffield (again),a cracking volley from outside the box just after HT, an OG, Bryson and Deane. The score flattered us. Hudds pulled it back to 2-1 and looked good for a draw before we got 3 in the last 10 mins. Hudds also hit the bar with a pen early on as I recall.

It was the first game Benstead missed that season (he was suspended) and Tracey had a very nervous league debut.

Another one in it from the start. Signed up at the Top Rank. Promised exciting player signings. Won a couple of tenners and had the satisfaction of helping to buy Richard Cadette.o_O

Andy may scored the own goal which was a relief as you say Hudders were coming back into the game. That evening my friend (a Wendy fan) was surprised that his sister had invited some of the Blades players to their house for a little party. He said Wally Downes was taking the mickey out of Simon Tracey for his dropped catch that led to Hudders goal

Also been in it since the beginning and still in the present one.
Have had a few wins over the years with one large one many years ago now.

Won £100 a couple of years ago. About five years ago I won a VIP day out to a match at the Lane. I still haven't taken it as I mentioned to Mick Rooker at the time that I'd like to save it for the following season so that Mrs Crouchy and I could attend the home game against Arsenal (Mrs Crouchy's late father was Arsenal's bank manager at one time). Inevitably we were relegated and haven't had a home game against the Arse since.

Mick said it was OK to wait until we play them again. It may be a while away :-)

That Hudds game, spring 1989...a two goal fest for Peter Duffield I recall. I got told to shut up by a steward that day.

That and I guess she has been too busy on Strictly. But, Sshhh, we wont let on about your sordid little fantasy ;)

Didn't go to the Roxy but been in it since it started. Won a couple of bricks and once won £1k - about 13 years ago, mind. Nothing since, not a dickie.

Oh, and by the way, I'm still waiting for the fecking "revival" :o

I'm afraid that even if I fancied Abbey Crouch (and she's really not my type in the looks department - skinny blonde bitches with trout pouts really don't do it for me) then I'd be heading for the hills as soon as she opened her mouth to speak.

That accent is horrendous.

Really Crouchy, there's no need to protest so much about your guilty pleasure. ;) It's fine with me, honestly.
I've heard you have a mean robot in that locker:cool:

Joined it for the Norwich cup game in 1989 and once won £25 vouchers for some DIY store if memory serves. Also missed out on the £1000 prize by one number for 2 consecutive weeks!!

Brings back sad memories for me. My great friend Rory ,sadly passed away in 1990 at the young age of 29 and we wore red and white at the funeral as Rory was a huge Blade.. I wore a rosette that day with Blades Revival on it and put it into his grave with the blessing of his lovely family. Forever a Blade.xxx

Bert won £1,000 in 1999. He can't remember what he did with the money, nothing probably.
