Wondered if anybody has got or seen any classic pieces of blades related memorabilia
I was bought a birthday present from the wife around 15 years ago an original Bramall
Lane cast iron road sign, I understand one of 3/4 made. I was away in skegvegas playing
cricket at the time and as my wife doesn't drive she brought it home on the bus after
carrying down Abbeydale Road! It has pride of place on a brick wall in our kitchen,
anyone else got anything, boxer.

My garden is adorned by a few of the old wooden and black iron seats from the John Street Stand.

Nothing as individual as that but I collect old blades programmes, tickets, season ticket books, badges, pennants, shirts etc. Know Sharrowblade is a collector too. Can be an interesting if occasionally costly hobby!!
I once had the opportunity to buy a pre war very ornate turnstile but it was collection only and concreted into the ground in London!!

I have a half eaten pie discarded by Higdon, when Adkins brought him on for a lumbering cameo v Colchester.

I would concrete that into my garden any day of the week... :D

I wonder if anyone ever salvaged the Bramall Lane road signs from John St and Cherry St corners when they were redeveloped?
