Blades' Days Out book is soon to be available at HMV, High Street, Sheffield (Monday 6 Dec) and is currently available NOW at the Newsagents in Crystal Peaks Market Place. Also to be in other selected shops soon - watch this space.

And still available on-line at www.bladesdaysout.com

A chance to recall some of the best moments of watching the Blades over the last 35 years, escape the winter blues, the pigs banging on about bloody Mandric or simply treat yourself to an early Christmas present.

If you haven't had a chance to read Andy's great book yet, invest in a copy.

I have and it'll bring a smile to your face regarding what you get up to away following this lot.... :D

I'd just like to second Compound's comment. The book is an excellent read and will bring back many memories for those of us that went to home and away matches since the 1970s. I recommend you buy a copy for Christmas!

Thanks for the kind words, chaps. For those that haven't got a copy yet, 'listen' to what Compound and Knackered are 'telling' you, they're reet ;)

Seriously, after today's great football news, keep the feel good factor going and buy yourself a copy of the book for Christmas.

Since it seems to be open season for plugging Blades related books on here, may I remind anyone interested that 'The Jimmy Hagan Story' is now in its second printing. Waterstone's in Meadowhall have a good stock. The Blades Superstore should still have a plentiful supply and there's various offers on eBay. That's after you've bought Handsworth's new book, of course!

Any chance of a kindle version appearing? I'd happily purchase it if it's fairly priced (i.e. less than the cost of the paper copy).
