I see Clough is using last season as an excuse.

As someone said on last night's Football Heaven, He has spent £4 million, signed over 20 players and only stands 6 points better off than where we were last season.

He should be worried about form, a couple more dodgy results and he could himself looking a SUFC team sat in 12th position with 9 or 10 games to go.

But it's alright because he saved us from finishing in the bottom 4 and took us to two cup semi finals.

Read the article. I think you have to remain positive, but you also have to recognise that something went wrong in the last two games (at least).

"We're not worried" comes across as a failure to acnowledge there was anything much the matter.

Sounds a lot like the noises consistently coming from the management of the England cricket team.

I really hope we see an energetic, committed performance on Saturday, even with a makeshift defence.

Will have given them plenty of confidence with still having to play us here.

The Bradford, donny, barnsley and Chesterfield games are now playoff 6 pointers. we've just lost 2 against Peterborough and fleetwood, who are right back in it, can't afford many more slip ups.

We are making our own pressure , thats the problem and annoying thing about it . Some people thrive under pressure . Lets hope the players do.
