heard kb on the radio,wednesday night,he was saying that he needs to sign something like 14 players for next season,because having all these loan players is not ideal hmmm everybody in the frigging ground has known that all season,would,nt it have been better if we had done that at pre season,the club know whose contracts are coming to an end,if the players and agents start arsing about with threats to leave,so be it, get rid,we only need players who have pride in playing for us,let them go and sit on subs benches somewhere else.kb was also asking for help to persuade monty to sign another contract ! whats all that about ? and now he says he is not going to try and sign nosworthy up for next season,now personally i think nyron has been quite consistent since he has been at the lane. i fear we will be shopping at netto next season

Perhaps we needed a season to let contracts [in general] run out to put us in a stronger position with players when offering deals.

We need to see the summer out first and see what deals/who comes in. Then spit the dummy out if we are still in the same shit position.

this is true it might. but why not say no comment or any kind of vague response practically any decent manager would have the intelligence to reply with.

nope, lets just piss the guy off, unsettle team morale a bit more and put us in a position where that avenue looks to be closed - given his perpetual comments about what a state we are in I'd think it would be better to leave any and all options available rather than do the opposite.

Whoa whoa whoa.... Dellas in a comedy Blades eleven? Admittedly he looked like his own reflection in a funhouse mirror, but the guy had a bit of talent so I hope we're going on comedy appearance rather than footballing talent. I can think of worse/more comic midfielders we've had - how about Patrick Suffo, Paul Hall or Des Hamilton?

Wouldn't that put the new dummy in a pretty crap situation, with all the deals made and money spent on players he doesn't want?
I'm not suggesting we would necessarily have to kick Blackwell out before the next season starts, but having to buy 14 new players for next season would be a perfect opportunity to let a new manager build the squad from the scratch as he/she likes.

PS: I guess we would be the first championship club with a female manager.
