Billy should be dropped

Hope Billy apologized to Lafferty later. I am not a fan of Lafferty but will support him when he is on the pitch hoping he would prove me wrong. He would have been frustrated by the lack of appearances today and would have tried to make an impression. I felt sorry for him when Sharp was trying to put the blame on him

Anything else? Maybe you didn't like the colour of his boots?

And using one of McNultys cunty Edinburgh entourage as ammunition against him is barrel-scraping shite at its finest.
 
It’s a tough one but in a league with higher quality I think we need more than just a poacher in front of goal which is where Billy’s main strengths lie.

We need someone who can contribute more to our play which Billy has shown at times that he can do ( for example the Hull game where he was superb in partnering Clarke) but he doesn’t do it often enough.

The team could do with an injection of pace at the top of the pitch and whilst I’m sure that will come in January I think in the meantime it may be time to give Lavery a chance.

Taking nothing away from what Sharp has achieved since he came back, and he will still have a part to play this season, but he is a passenger at the moment.

I take your point but in the heat of battle and all that ... not sure that would be grounds for dropping him, not that i’m suggesting you’re saying that.

Sharpe is a goal scorer, he will score goals. We would probably have been criticising Leon this time last year.

We’ve also got Ched waiting in the wings, anyone know if Cheds anywhere near ready ?

We have changed our style of play which has made Sharp ineffective. Not his fault that none of the "holy trinity" were in the team

I disagree with what McNulty's mates did but what Billy did to Lafferty last Saturday did made me think of the "Bully" nickname!
