a shed load of rumours doing the rounds from even inside the club that billy sharp is to join forest on loan, you guys heard anythin about this???

why, he hasn't deserved it.

We also aren't getting the kind of chances Billy thrives on. On tonights performances Beattie and Webber should remain first choice for the weekend.

well what we heard from our club was that bryan robson wants him to get games and confidence out on loan and doesnt want to loan him to a championship club for obvious reasons and we've apparently made enquiries and after we heard bout this grant holts thrown a barmy after an argument with calderwood, so dunno if its related or anythin, hope we get him tho and he bangs us goals to send us up, then you can have him back and he can do you a job in the prem ;)

Doesnt suprised me he is being linked again!

i know he isnt getting the chances he likes when he comes on!

But what pisses me off like on saturday is when the fsans are chanting for him to come on, when we have Jon Stead on the side line who for me is a better player and more creative!

wolves fans over here on hols are under the impression that he could be going to them,(rumours going round wolverhampton) . didn't they sign his strike partner from scunthorpe?

Don't forget that the last time we lent him to somebody the cheeky fuckers wanted £2 million for us to have him back.

possible he ant getting a look in at this moment in time and with hulse on the return i cant see him getting in a head of shelton webber stead beattie and hulse

HE HASN'T HAD THE CHANCE

you not see any of the first 5 games of the season then?

More than long enough to make himself a regular if you ask me. Scored against Morecambe...thats about it.

yeah i did actually and how many chances did billy get that he his most useful with.by this i mean the ball being played in behind the defence and him running on to it..not many alot of the first 5 games were long ball/or not the style of play that he likes

i still can't believe that people would be happy for him to go out on loan

He did nothing in the early games at all looked slow and not on his toes wanting to get oin the end of crosses!

oh please do behave and get a clue man! We are playing the same football we always have been this season....just doing it better.

Everyone wants to see him do well for the blades but he simply isn't upto scratch at the minute and if going out on loan to gain some sharpness will help then so be it.

And i think most people would have Stead, Webber, Shelton and even Hulse on his way back infront of sharp.

hes had the chances in the team, and when he had them he done nowt to deserve a way back into the team. we mite not be playing the type of football to allow him to score but a good player would be able to change his style to adapt to it.

why change are style to puting it behind the defense for him to run onto, wen we got the best striker in the legue in james beattie who can hold it up and flick it on for the quicker strikers like webber and shelton.

Waste of money

I seem to remember before we brought Billy back home several Wendy fans were claiming he would sign for you because of Brian Laws, and that £2 million would be a bargain. Of course, you weren't one of them were you?
