Probably because I don't think Wilder going was in the Prince's plan full stop. But they appear to have such different plans to take the club forward it became a car crash waiting to happen but it had to pan out until they did have the crash. West Brom have some decent players in that squad, particularly in the midfield with Periera and Maitland-Niles but like Fulham, they'll lose their loan players when they go down and some other team will sign Periera. I still think they'll go down and Wilder may well be their boss next season.10 points above us and at least they have a chance and some pride.
What annoys me most that if Wilder was going to go, why wasn't it earlier.
