What I find odd about this is having eaten in many of his chain of restaurants I have never crossed this particular dish. I'll be dining there this week in Aberdeen. I can eat jellied eels, with lots of pepper and vinegar. Although,I prefer Gerookte Paling (smoked eel) which is delicious.
