Just seen that Neil Swarbrick is the man in the middle tomorrow for us against Bradford. We don't come across this bloke that often as he is usually a Premier League ref with the odd championship game as well, he very rarely takes charge of League One so either they have thrown him in as they expect it to be a heated derby or alternatively he has been demoted due to being shite. Anyhow some of you might remember the bloke reffing us away at Spurs last year int cup.

We will have to be careful anyway as this bloke has been waving the cards around a plenty so far this season. In the four games that he has officiated he has dished out 20 yellows and a red so it looks like he doesn't piss about. We will have to be extremely disciplined!

If you let players walk through your defence unmolested you are unlikely to get any bookings or sendings off. Oh to have players aggressive enough to court a yellow card. Perhaps Bratfut will have more to worry about.

How that throw on Scogall last season wasn't a red card I don't know ......:mad::mad::mad::mad:.. maybe we needed this ref for that game.
Anyway don't concern yourself over the ref, we haven't been playing dirty this season so we should be fine.

With the exception of the Fulham cup game in which clumsiness / bad decisions from the players saw us have 2 players sent off. They weren't deliberately dirty or anything like that I agree but we have to stay on our game and not allow ourself to get frustrated or make silly decisions because by the looks of things this referee won't hold back with his cards.

For me, the refs. who normally do PL games are the worst - they go all 'Hollywood' and 'it's all about me'. Mike Dean yesterday was a fucking disgrace but we've seen Graham Poll, Howard Webb etc. let it go to their heads.

If anything it might actually work in our favour. Bradford have got some reyt dirty gits in their side.

Just hope that Pig Mcardle decides to start chucking his weight around again, as this time he will have Sammon to contend with.

Shocking referee. Should have been a free kick to us immediately before they got their second. Twice I saw him put his whistle to his lips and then didn't blow up for fouls. Billy had a torrid time being fouled all the time and nothing given, but as soon as they fell over, free kick given. And their tosser who ran in front of our fans goading us should have been booked.
McEveley was stupid getting, quite rightly, booked so early on.

He seemed ok, but there were fouls he didn't give both ways on the strikers.
