Colin Morris also had a proper blinder for blackpool at the Lane ,we couldn't handle him at all.

Been watching from 84 onwards and one of the best players I've seen, even if he was past his best at the time, was Robert Prosinecki of Portsmouth.

I was going to say Prosinecki as well. He was head and shoulders above the rest of the players on the pitch that day.

Shouldn’t strictly count because it wasn’t at the lane but Watford’s attacking play led by John Barnes was awesome when they beat us 5-0 in the cup in 84/85?
