So we've lost, it's been a tough match.

We've suffered from our first choice 5 strikers being out injured.

After 6+ minutes of injury time, the players left the pitch to a massive ovation and and a loud rendition on "We love united, we do".

Yes we've lost, yes we've not been at our best, but these players and this team know that the fans are right behind them, and they will definitely respond to that, hopefully next Sunday

Wilder commented on this. This team has something special and our fans know this. We're on the verge of something here and its only going to get better. A hard fought home defeat is a one off.

We lost. We'll no doubt lose again this season, home and away. It ain't the end did the world. It's sad that TFG havebcrocked our forwards, but we're still in the playoffs and if anything it ups the ante for next week.

Exactly.

Like Wilder said, most teams in the league would swap with us right now

Pig fans have said to me that "you're in with a shot next week if Billy/ Clarke/ Donaldson are fit" or "you're exceeding expectations". My response was that we're where we are on merit, because we've had decent strikers scoring goals. Plus exceeding whose expectations?

At the same time excuses coming out that we're only just above them despite their shit start.

I think Fans of other teams not just Wednesday expected us to be winless and sat on the bottom of the league by now, even some of our own fans

There was never any illusion when we got promoted that this division is tough. It's 46 really hard games. Norwich apart, everyone's had a go and attacked us. But we're sat in 6th.

The side we have built under Wilder has some fantastic qualities and they can't be underestimated. Football has gone money mad, but at the same time we've found bargains. We're sitting here lamenting many issues from yesterday but what we can acknowledge is that we deserved something from the game, we were unlucky in many ways

The response to Norwich, like the post Cardiff response will be important. Is the pig game ideal? Well kind of, different pressure to bouncing back as it's the derby.

Heart, spirit, hard work, fitness are all beyond question. Perhaps creating and taking chances is questionable. The quality, but with so many strikers missing its forgivable

I'm certainly not worried after yesterday

Someone should tell that to the bloke behind me. Bloody hell United! Gerrit forrud United!

Don't like a backwards pass at S2. Even when there are 10 yellow shirts in front of you, you should never pass it backwards. That is the first rule of Bramall Lane. If you pass it back to the GK, you should be dragged into the stocks and pelted with tomatos... or bottles of Dr. Pepper.

I'm still very proud of the way the team performance yesterday given the injury situation!!. Many opposition fans expected us to struggle and we've proved them wrong so far!!. We move on to the sty next week. Ps. If anyone starts a wanker of the week thread?. There's going to be a hell of a lot of candidates!!. The entire Norwich team or all of the officials!!. Take your pick?. Utb
