Best CB's in L1

Flint and Clarke are judged to officially be the best in L1 by the PFA, but apart from them, who do you think were the best CB's in league one last season who we could realistically look to purchase or get in on a free?

I would suggest Santos from Peterborough. 6' 5" strong, young and fast. Absolutely knocked our lot off the park when i saw him at the lane.

Think I'm going to have to say Jay mcceverely, he destroys midfield in his own box with them cruyfe turns
