I like Ben and he's played his part, always given 100%, but we certainly need better squad players than him. I'd be very surprised if he gets any minutes next season.

There's relative then there's relative- Brewster must be the worst signing - not just for United but in the history of football.

Forget all the injury nonsense- I have never seen a player with worse positional sense than him, he literally runs around like an 8 year old that has no idea how to play football.

Only United could have made such a jaw breakingly bad decision.

Wasn’t even the worst signing of that summer Fabio Silva to Wolves for 40 million Euros takes the wooden spoon from that window.

Harsh IMO. He’s done his bit and been a useful squad player. Bags of energy, plenty of effort and someone who can fill gaps where he’s needed as a steady 5 / 6 out of 10. Didn’t cost much & won’t be on a big salary.

You don’t want him in your starting 11, but he’s handy to have around when you need him. Yeah he’s had his injury problems, but so has every United player since 2020.

I think we've definitely had our money's worth out of him. He's been a decent signing and I think he'll get a good reception if he comes back after he leaves.

Why wouldn't he? Always been a solid pro throughout.

Possibly right tbh - , but clutching at straws to find someone at 40m Euros to justify that Brewster isn't as bad as some make out.

Oh yeah it’s a terrible piece of business for United no way the club can absorb getting no return on that level of investment.

Fabio Silva has done more for us than Brewster has!
