In a team lacking any sort of leadership, how is this lad not starting. Surely we go to a back 3 and get him in the side. Then get Seriki and Burrows as attacking wing backs. How many more games do we need to see that the 4-4-1-1 doesn't work. Campbell can't play the lone striker role (basically because he's bone fucking idle), so needs a partner (preferably a target man, but seeing as we sold ours, we need to hope Ings gets fit very quickly).

Mee has to come into the side and be made captain.
Giving it to Hamer, Peck, Tanganga etc. is nice for their confidence but it's the wrong decision.
Mee is a natural leader and IMO Wilder needs one right now.

If he's able to play 50-60 mins he has to come in.

Put Tanganga back to RCB, (who knows why he was playing on the left side against Charlton )

Mcguinness as CB and Mee as LCB

Play the wingbacks and get rid of wingers.. we don’t have any natural good enough wingers anyway.

Cannon, he actually manages to ‘out shit’ himself every appearance, whoever signed that one off needs sacking

However, we’ve won so let’s enjoy the feeling, oHare took goal really well and back 3 of McG, Mee & Jaf look fuckin solid

Mee made a huge difference, won nearly every header and brought a calmness for most of the second half. He also seemed to make McGuiness play better. Meanwhile Cannon won 0/7 challenges. Rode our luck in the last 5 minutes but a win is a win

Thought he was crap 1st half at one stage every pass he made went to an Oxford shirt. A much better 2nd half where the experience made a big difference in keeping things calm when Oxford were pumping the ball into the box for an equaliser. Defence much better when the midfield decided to play 2nd half. Up front is stil a worry but as Asaba said we were much better at turning the Oxford defence towards their goal after half time.

Mee playing allowed McGuinness to move to the right side of the two. It’s one of those weird things in football but it really does make a difference for some centre halves and it was obvious hope much more comfortable he was. Both centre halves get 8/10s for me.
