and that is the difference, our Academy have changed style, strategy or whatever you want to call it to the current manager preferred style and not adopted the "Blades Way"

So whenever the need to change manager the new manager has to accept the club has its own style and identity that goes through the whole club.

We have changed direction so many times over the years no wonder the club from top down is in chaos with no clear identity.
